What is the difference between Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Fireworks?

Do you have any idea why vector based textures are not used in video games? To me, changing the quality of a texture real time based on the size and distance of the texture from the view point makes sense to me. From far away, a texture looks detailed, but is really not. As you get closer, the vector smoothly increases in detail. With a quad core processor and two GPUs, this seems like a feasible idea.

Hmmm, that's a really good question. My guess would be that it would be too CPU intensive for most computers. After all, most people still use single or dual cores.

@samueljh3 hum... well I'm no professional when it comes to SEO, but I think search engines really focus more on the textual content of the site (and the meta descriptions, tags, titles, etc.).

But graphics will make it more user friendly, and honestly, that's probably more important than search rankings.
