There's so much to say on this issue, and unfortunately most of it is negative, and with such a positive message here I just don't feel like going over all of it here but it saddens me deeply what special interest and corrupt entities have done in their attack on our beloved game.

This just goes to show that not all players can't just easily wonder over to their nearest casino and play poker like nothing ever happened. Many people are suffering and losing their livelihoods because of this. I thought it was bad that I live four hours away from the nearest casino and that the time and expense to drive there would be a hassle, to say the least. This guy doesn't even have it that good. Shame on you, America. Legalize online poker. It's not a privilege. It's a right!

Great video. The UIGA is a joke, that was tacked onto a completely unrelated piece of legislation when it was passed. The gov't shouldn't be able to penalize people for doing something they should have a right to do, that is spending their hard earned money as they please.

Depending on who you talk to it either is or is not legal to play for real money on those sites. And in several states including Indiana where I live it is specifically limited to play for real money. This video refers to be Unlawful Internet Gaming Act which seeks to stop real money transfers in and out of these sites from US customers.

I very much support your stance on this subject. The internet is a great tool and has improved the lives of many I have worked with over the years. By making online poker playing illegal, they are denying adults the right to enjoy in participating in a sport that is available to many others. This is wrong and should be stopped.
