I don't think these singers should be compared. It's a difficult and beautiful performance. Patti's singing is so great here. I love Anna Oxa, but prefer her when she sings the songs that were written for her and in her native language. It is really difficult to sing in a foreign language, it takes years of practice. However, I DO love the emotion here and art is mainly about emotion. So, brave!

I must admit that I am impressed by Anna Oxa. I always thought that she was the very embodiment of mediocrity, but here proves to have reasonable control over her registers.
