Next you should try cranking a v8 with a bicycle! this isnt an Engine if you are using a Motor to create the movement. This is just a series of gears spinning a triangle.

When the seals (essentially like the rings in a piston engine) they really don't give any warning and these engines do create a lot of horsepower and high rpm but low torque (especially in high in the rpm band) and fuel efficiency is not the greatest. Obviously for a truck an even some bigger cars/suv's this engine wouldn't do a great job but work great in a boat motor and arctic cat did once make a snowmobile with a rotary engine.

Yay WANKel...! Just what we need; another idiot that is trying to pass off 1920's patented technology as some super technology. The reason this design was not feasible is due to in-efficiencies created from even the smallest amount of wear. Also the engine has serious balance issues at high RPMs (above 5K). At least the MYT engine addresses some wear issues this fails at.

GUYS !!!, That is about the best you could have explaining WANKEL engine in brief and silence,..it's a simple model of the real life size,..needing no actual piston,...no valves and has GREAT repute for high speed ,...employed in some aircraft engines....the video is cool !..i love it.
