I'm not sure who this drummer is, but I Nigel Olson left the band for a little while at one point to race cars or something like that and the bass player is Bob Birch who still plays with Elton (I think he first started playing with Elton in '91).

The bass player here is actually David Paton (Bob Birch had an accident a couple of months before). The drummer's name is Charlie Morgan.
