Holy Crap. When I was 20 years old I worked at the Libery Tree Mall in Danvers, Massachusetts. The 459 bus that took me from Salem, thru Lynn and into Danvers was one hell of a ride. My feet would be frozen. Lynn was insane and there were people high on drugs everywhere. I used to listen to this on my portable CD player while leaning against the wall at the bus stop.
@MsManimanito I had that Paul Jabara album back in the day. It had 'Dance', 'Slow Dancing'. One just faded into the other. Where can I hear that again?
Taped this baby by cassette right off the radio in late 1978 off AM.....Wizzard 100...Philadelphia PA.....this was played at our teen discos in late 1978. Everybody got up and danced. These songs got me the nerve to ask girls to dance. Nice post. Found the 12" later.
They were Organized Confusion, then changed to End Result, and then an executive's wife at Fantasy Records christened them "Paradise Express," a name she plucked from a television show. But first they were Vi-Ann and her husband and musical guiding force, Herb Jimmerson. Backing vocals on this were provided by Izora Rhodes and Martha Wash - who were recording separately at the time as Two Tons of Fun.
@KikiUchiha why does every teenager think anyone cares that they are young and listening to disco? Seriously these comments are everywhere "im 13 and I already like this music....proud of me?" It gets old after a while, congrats for listening to disco join the fucking club dude.
@KikiUchiha Listen, you can't call me a stupid fuck when your comment does not even make sense. I was not being at asshole to all teenagers who listen to disco, I was being an asshole to those pricks that post those stupid comments. At least, thats what I thought my comment meant. Maybe your the stupid fuck?
@GRIZnPIZ Hey, why don't cha do me a favor, if you don't like it, don't say it back to 'em, it's their choice and not your's okay. ROFL Anyways, this music is the best, enough said! :D
Is it my imagination or is that Two Tons of Fun (aka The Weather Girls) who start singing at the 7:00 minute mark? Would make sense since they were signed to the Fantasy label...
Can anyone help with a track i've been serching for with the Lyrics 'Touch me, Feel me, Hold me, Love me' and it's not D D Anderson this was a dark moody track from the mid to late 70's. Any help would be welcome. Cheers

Is it my imagination or is that Two Tons of Fun (aka The Weather Girls) who start singing at the 7:00 minute mark? Would make sense since they were signed to the Fantasy label...

@SweptAway529 I also noticed the presence of the Two Tons of Fun/Weather Grils (who accompained the late Sylvester) on this groovy song.
