dude this fight is too easy. You took too long using bahamut. Ive taken him out in shorter time using level 50's. Nice way to show off your stats.

i used Mix with faris to make dragon power to Bartz (he has Ultima and Chicken Knife) then i used mimic with lenna and krile, bartz uses rapid fire 1 turn to defeat exdeath, then for neo exdeath faris uses mix with herself and mimic with lenna and krile again and to finish him using rapid fire with bartz and dommsday with faris, lenna and krile mimic: dommsday or white wind to heal mi characters xdddd

i defeated him in 5 min :3 with all lvl 56-57 xd

my strategy on defeating without even to level up to 99 is to never forget the WHITE MAGIC-Curaga! dont let anyone of your character faint! and also summon golem often, dont forget to weild shields for physical attacks!

My big achievement was with Final Fantasy VI for SNES.. got all characters to 99, 9,999 hp and 999 MP. Wish I never got rid of the cartridge :(

Exdeath in his actual form, as the horrifying amalgamation of monsters that were bound into a tree (the same tree you see at the start of the game). Not one villain, but a whole legion of evil horrors. No other final boss fight in the series looks quite so...distrubing.

Krile?! what happened to galuf? he was my monk, he won all my battles because he was like 20 levels higher than everyone else. Depression... guess i'll have to start working on Faris.

@ultradinosaur123 Yeah... I used to do that in my first few playthroughs, but now I'm wiser. Krile levels up differently to Galuf because she's more magically orientated, so it's best to treat Galuf as a mage from the start.

@ultradinosaur123 He fights ExDeath and dies halfway through the game. Then you meet Krile who magically obtains all the powers Galuf had. But her stats are more magical which is why Galuf should be your mage.

@ultradinosaur123 Although you may not mind having a kickass little kitten berserker on your hands... She can still do decent physical damage, just not as much as Galuf could. And yeah, Faris should really be your Monk character. Her attack is almost as high as Bartz's.

Well it's easy to fight ex-death you know? I just master the important jobs such as monk, white & black mages, and other jobs with higher attacks of defense, and I put ribbon on all of them to avoid unnecessary Status ailments, I forgot how to get it, but that's how I defeated Neo-ex-death

@BigFackah you need to get W-Item Materia, Exp Plus Materia maybe or a lot of patience. then do the W-Item Glitch on Elixirs and go in the northern cave and find Magic pots. Give them an elixir, kill them and u get 10k Exp without Exp Plus materia. and there is ur lvl 99s :)

That final boss Neo Exdeath looks like a bunch of demons, beastmen, undead creatures, elementals, spellcasters, and humans all stuck together, like a incomplete fusion in a terrifying way.

i thought when a character masters a job, all the non-command skills should get permanently applied to the character's status? which means that the freelancer is also free to dual-wield. or am i mistaken?

no the freelancer gains the bonuses a class provides.Like say you mastered the monk class you freelancer will get a bgonus when he fightes barehanded

X-Death is one of the strongest Dissidia characters. With his Block/Guard techniques he can even counter with techniques he hasn't equipped. Good for your ability points.

you need to have the appropriate spell ability set to your characters as well.

For example, if you wanted to doublecast Bahamut, you would have to have both high level Summon, and Dualcast on the character.
