Te crappiest phone on the planet - seriously. I recently added 2 additional lines to my T-Mobile account, and wanted to get a touch-screen phone on one of them. I mailed it back the next day - the touch-screen technology is completely unresponsive - especially if when compared to the iPhone.

i had the same problem... just use the card key chain.... I don't think I'll be putting it on anytime soon though... I'm scared that I won't be able to take it back off!
