You have to go on an anonymous e-mail (in Missions under priceless items or something)I think it`s number 5, It`s where you go to the plains. Anyway, there are treasure boxes all over the place but either one near a rock or tree has the item "Moogle`s Amulet" And I think in the same mission category you can find a "Chocobo`s Feather"
