btw, dubai only has 3% of the uaes oil (think it has run out now) and abu dhabi wont lend dubai any oil revenue). so dubai, having no gas reserves relies on foreign investment and innovative ideas! Dubai is the best place to live!!

ive seen plans for 808m. Itw ill have 162 floors + 30 plant/com levels above this in the steel framed section tops out at 739m, then the spire totals-808m or 2650ft or exactly half a mile high!!
