@Huscarlavery it's called the recon hood, you can google a code for it, they're supposed to be one time codes, but that's not true. I got codes for all the "dr. pepper promotional items" online and unlocked them all for my 360 and pc

Sniper rifles and heavy pistols offer the best results, shotguns too maybe but you have a higher chance getting caught in the blast radius.

@Gadarian I am a soldier and always will be I just love the first kick ass assault rifle. barely use the sniper, never use the shotgun, never touched a sub machine gun (I think it's just insulting) and only use the handgun when i run out of ammo for the machine gun.

@halo3owner5 There is no "one code" but many different ones. They're all one-time use, and the recon hood is Dr. Pepper promotional content; a code for it can be found under the cap for specially labeled bottles. Also, there is no "recon armor," it's just the hood.
