Rep. Davis - Thank you. Thank you for your diligence and for speaking the will of the people. When "NO" is the only appropriate response then you have the courage to say it. Others claim you sit on your hands and stand on the sidelines; they are obviously ignorant of the facts: You tried and meaningful reform was opposed every single time! They should also look up the words socialism, tyranny, and idolatry because you used them appropriately.

I am proud to have you as my representative in Kentucky's 4th District. I know that you spoke your mind and carried the concerns and comments of your constituents to Washington with you. Thank you for making our voice heard. I know you hav not taken this disgusting abuse of power sitting down (or on your hands as another has suggested!). I am a small business owner and pray that I will be able to keep my doors open whith the implementation of this outrageous bill.

By deciding to simply not participate in negotiating a decent bill; by saying "No" and sitting on your hands, all of us are left out in the cold. You are supposed to be my representative. Instead you just stood on the sidelines, threw stones, and jeered. Now, even on the verge of the bill's passage all you can do is use words such as "socialism", "tyranny", and "idolatry." A sad day indeed.

@mamund what are you talking about? The Republicans were shut out of negotiations! There was no "decent bill" considered. All decent, genuine reforms were shot down by the progressives. If you're going to accuse someone, at least get your facts straight...it makes you look stupid.

@creaturesGREATnSmall I have been a long-time supporter of Rep. Davis. This is not about progressives, socialists, or anything of the sort. It's about making sure everyone has the care they need. It's about getting American business back on track when businesses in every other major world economy don't have to use profits for employee health care. It's about stopping the continued reduction of the subscriber pools that cause insurance rates to rise. I respect your opinion, don't belittle mine.
