Assuming for argument sake she had him in a true headlock it takes as little effort for him to stand up with her and slam her into the ground, that would end that. Lastly, if a female has her legs around your ribcage (regardless of how strong she may be), you shouldn't even "have" to fight back. No woman is that strong!
Oh yeah, most definitely! LOL, that would have been a real neat trick since her legs were NEVER around his neck. Do you even know what your looking at? Her left leg was unhis arm and around his rib cage. So, how is she going to break his neck?
She should have simply finished him with her legs.

The male was pretty fomidable, but it would have been much better if all 3 ganged up on him. That way he couldn't have even thrown a punch.
