i think this is what SM means: "since the comeback date isn't decided yet which means they don't even have to announce that the comeback date is delayed, Sooyoung will have time to rest until she is fully recover and is able to participate in the promotion with the rest of the girls"

people have some misunderstanding here, all the SNSD's comeback date on the internet is just fans' expectation based on what SM has announced.
