Hey, just liked to say - I has pretty bad acne before, I went on accutane last summer - only get the odd one spots after 1 year, I was on 70mg OD for 4 months, check my channel for pics :)

hey sami, my son is 12 and has cysic acne, he was started on Accutane 3 days ago , hes getting disheartened cos the spots are as bad as ever, ive sent him links to all your vids so he ca see that it takes a bit of time but itl be well worth it in the longrun, i cant beleive how good it worked for u ur skin looks amazing!! Did u lose any hair? I took this stuff for 3 weeks and lost a lot of hair so i stopped. Its been 5 weeks and my hair is still really thin. Hope this isnt permanent. I advise people to stay away from accutane. Its a very serious drug. If u dont want to lose hair then stay away from it!

I had back pain too, but I had back pain before I started Accutane. I just took two Aleve every day when it bothered me. I'm about 8 months off accutane and I miss being on it. I loved my skin when I was on it. Thanks for the update Sammi, you're such a cool dude. Don't let people scare you guys from taking Accutane. It's the best!!!

hello i was wondering what was the moisturizer you are using. You said avene moisturizer but which one specifically (full name) cause there are a few different one. and do you recommend i use that moisturizer and the avene cleanser you said from day 1 on accutane?

Maybe im alone with this but I enjoyed being on accutane. The last 3 months I never got any pimples. I wen't from being INSANELY oily to not oily at all. Talk about a relief. My face wasn't melted butter by lunchtime. And my hair never got greasy. I just felt clean all the time. Only annoyances were the dry lips which wasn't a big deal with aquaphor and some minor bach aches.

Glad your doing well sami. I was taking my accutane the exact same time you were. Hope your enjoying your olympics.

(I dont know if you remember when i said that i missed 2 days because of the appointment being late)

And I got the prescription but the pharmacy said my dermatologist has to do some ipledge bull shit before i get my pills So i might miss ANOTHER DAY

I finished when sami finished and I still get acne. Not nearly as bad as it was before though. I say just don't worry about. If it comes it comes but stressing about it is the worst thing you can do.

Sam your skin looks brilliant! I'm so glad it worked out for you! How is university in B.C.? The Olympics are on now eh, I've been rooting for Team Canada, we've done pretty well :)

Anyway I'm going on 40 or 60mg from my dermatologist this Thurs! I can't wait to see the results and hope there are little to no side effects while I'm on it.
