  • Joyeux Noel et Bonne Annèe thefrenchguy3000 et famille!!!

  • @stoner19860502 Merci! A vous aussi!

  • Je veux boire du vin chaud !

It's nice to see you back, great video.

  • So can you use patinage to mean normal skating, or just professional?

  • @hopefullylisa both. It's nice, formal, and flexible.

  • @hopefullylisa Here's what a wouldn't do: I wouldn't use "faire du patin" to refer to any pro-skaters. And when talking about strapping on some skates to skate in a homemade ice rink in your backyard, you probably wouldn't want to use "faire du patinage," unless of course you were going to practice your triple lutz. You could instead use another verb altogether...."patiner" which would encompass all skating imaginable.

  • @thefrenchguy3000 You can say "Il fait du patinage artistique" if you want to talk about someone who is REALLY into skatting, wether it's a hobby or a deep passion, or a vocation.

  • @AnAcidKing Makes sense. Thanks!

  • Lire au lit.

  • By the way, you have to come to Paris ! You're very welcome ;) Morocco too ;)

  • You can say "les activités d'hiver". Since the word "HIVER" starts with "H", you can sort of contract "de l'" and use "d'" in front on "Hiver". The expression "faire une bataille de boules de neige" is correct but most french would use "faire une bataille de neige". For the questions with "patinage", you can say "Voulez-vous patiner ?". I hope my comment does not offend you, I just want to help you as much as I can. You're doing a great great great job !

  • @AnAcidKing Wow! sweet. Thanks for all that. I don't take offense when native speakers give their input, especially if I'm ever flat out wrong.

  • Je toujours acheter beaucoup des cadeau pour ma famille. C'est un tres super temp de l'an pour moi. Please correct any mistakes.

  • @truthfinder2175 J'achete toujours beaucoup de cadeaux pour ma famille. C'est la période la plus fantastique de l'année pour moi. That's my best recommendation for ya!

  • @thefrenchguy3000 J'achète =) acheter is a stem changing verb =P

  • @pepperonipizza1993 Good catch!

  • Yay! I understood the most of the phrases. only the words alpin and fond tripped me! (but I cheated those I didn't get by listening, I got by reading.)
