the Miami-dade police which is a disgrace and close to key stone cops should be doing their job instead of this stupid flag ceremony. We are being KILLED by horrible drivers because Miami-Dade police REFUSE TO ENFORCE traffic laws.

Miami is a place where the vast majority of drivers do not even use turn signals and it is normal to see cars take red lights for up to 3 seconds after the light turns red.
It is a police dept and politicians no other city would tolerate.
