Does anyone happen to have a video of when Thom and the band did a cover of Electrolite? Apparently, and also the fact that he was an R.E.M. fan, that Electrolite is his favorite song.

I was there that night and the night before when R.E.M. played. Yorke came out for E-Bow the Letter. It's the greatest thrills I've gotten at a big concert like that. Thanks for the post, it brings back fond memories.

wow i didn't know this happened. it doesn't really seem like something Radiohead would do but I guess exceptions are made for heroes.. or something.

Personally, I think Radiohead is a lot stronger and better band than R.E.M. I love them both but there is something truly outstanding about Radiohead

i loved the arms race that seemed to go on btwn REM and yorke & co. for awhile. it's a shame that REM didn't feel the pressure to improve :(
