  • Aahh Schumann, :) you did beautifully.

  • A little too much staccato on #3, but very good. How long have you been playing?

  • @syndeeknapp Yeah it is a bit sharp, I agree... Thanks though :)

At the time of this recording I was playing for about 4-5 years.

  • 我現在也在練這個

    你真的很棒^^加油

  • hi.. do u know where can i get to know the background or where to find this song program notes?

  • u got talent very nice :)

  • Cool, I was wondering how these pieces sounded.

It's the first sheet music I'm learning..

Heh my teacher wants to start me out with a little challenge. : /

  • how long did it take you to be this good at this piece?

  • @melodieluv

I worked on it for about 3 months, left it and then returned to it after about 1.5 years with renewed passion and had it ready in 3 more months.

  • eccellente, molto bravo!!

  • :) molto bravo ma il cambio da ff a pp del secondo brano non lo hai fatto...è la cosa più bella del papillons

  • Thank you :)

The transition you mean is there, you just can't hear it because of the lousy recording :\

I also really like that one.

  • Very nice performance...

  • its really good. im playin this piece right now, too... but its really really hard for me because i just can play octaves with dumb und the fifth finger. so it doesnt sound as well as yours :D

  • overall pretty good :D

(i am playing this piece right now)

some parts are rushed and not to the tempo, and some I think would sound better connected with pedal, but everyone plays and interprets music differently (just a suggestion). In my book edition, the part 6 beginning (4:20-4:50 about) should be faster. In part 9, the fast part (7:30) should be a bit softer. :D

  • Dude, thanks so much! I'm learning this song right now, and thanks to you, I can confirm bits that I don't really get, and hear how its supposed to sound! You played it so well, this is what I base my playing on!

  • its a piece.. not a song. :)

  • Thank you so much - when I was a child I loved to listen to my mother playing Papillons. It was wonderful to hear it again, and you played it beautifully!

  • Thank you very much for this piece. You play it with much sensitivity. It sounds good, it sounds right. Congratulations !

  • Very nice!!! I love it!

  • Thanks! :)

  • I love this piece. You played it the way I want to hear. Good work.
