  • hy im also learning this bt according to me u cannot communicate btwn two vlans so how can u say u can ping blue vlan pc with red vlan pc???????

  • @loverboy9960804413 A bit late - I know, but if you notice the video name, its about cross VLAN communication, using either a router or an OSI layer 3 switch.

  • Great video and great presentation. Making IP interesting and not sure scary to learn. Thank you.

  • some question arise in mind regarding IP, I watched videos related to CCNA and got the information about CCNA, but could not test that whether I be able to attempt certification exam confidently or not... then I come to know about a solution,

To watch that please visit my channel, you'll really amazed to see that.

  • good !! but seems incomplete !!

  • Però!!! E lo stesso video che c'è anche sul sito di KICKO?

  • per tutti voi appassionati di calcio che ricercate un'opportunità per essere visti o che volete vedere dei futuri professionistiè online un nuovo sito KICKO......

  • this kinda looks similar to the electronics class i just started taking.

  • Really neat stuff, now I am not up to that level of V-Lans in my CCNA class even though I understand, but I would really like to know how to "split" the one interface into four different "sub" interfaces.

  • you still want to know?

  • yup

  • Example for VLAN 100:

    int fa 0/0.100 encapsulation dot1Q 100 ip address 172.29.0.1 255.255.0.0 no shut

    ...repeat for every VLAN

  • interface fa 0/0.100

    encpasulation dot1q 100

    ip address 192.168.100.1 255.255.255.0

    no shutdown

try to use same number of vlan number for subinterface

  • This course costs $200 on your website.

  • Correct.. excellent course that is one of the lowest cost Cisco CCNA video training courses available. Additionally, if you watch the video, you'll find a discount code for 10% off the training.

  • i have seen cbts and tons of other videos. Every video is made for a certain audience. Like CBTs are for advanced users how I see it..I learn a bit in every video from every company..even this video is amazing...

  • I have studied for months now using training vids from various companys. Helped me alot but i must say that the vids from CBT are just a little better then yours are imho. I get better results (the informations gets to me better) when i use CBT.

  • That's what's great about having choices. I've done the same, and looked at some other programs and actually found Palaestra Training's CCNA training to be the best and easiest to sit through.

But everyone's got their favorite, that's why they make chocolate AND vanilla.

  • guys can somebody help me....whit ccna...i want to start learn it...but i dont know nothing about network just few things...can you give me an advice i am an beginer on networking....i want to have an carrer on CISCO...ty a lot

  • Glad we could help!

  • i need a configuration simulator not a silly explaination

  • packet tracer v 5.0

    boson simulator for ccnp

  • Excellent! This is very good video, I already saw and another video about Frame Relay and I tell you these videos are very good, because the explanation is nice and the english is easy. PS. My oficial language is Brazilian Portuguese.

  • Thanks very much for watching our vids, and best of luck in your training endeavors!

  • I use packet trace version 4 I think. This video is using the program that comes with the CCNA CD. I think packet tracer is better because there is more visuals and makes it easier to understand.

This is a good educational video though. thanks for posting it.

  • No problem, thanks for watching!

  • nice

  • good

  • Great video very informative!!

  • you are sickely NERDLY

  • CCNA is COOL!!!!

  • your moms cool

  • Excellent. Well done. I would say that, easily half of that information is Network + level stuff, You explained it well, great job.

  • Thanks very much!

  • i got more information out of this video than i did from the cisco CCNA slide shows that appear in the coledge criq. which is sad but then again that information in this video is explained better i gues :p

  • Thanks for the compliments.. Our training really is designed to be the best you can get, and get you prepared quickly.

  • well thanks, but Iwant to may a question if i have all the vlan configurated I don´t know why I can´t make ping, I made the same structure in the both sides 3 diferent vlan with id diferent but it doesn´t get comunication, can sombebody help me ?

  • well the thing is that u need to have a routing protocol turned on because these vlans are acting exactly like any other network trying to communicate with any other network outside its subneted network

  • hi, i don't think you need any routing protocol switched on on the router. you need 'ip routing' but think this is default now (and should be) :)

  • you don't watch porn and we don't do cisco

  • very good, keep them coming....

  • We should definitely have more of this stuff on youtube. Thanks it was great.

  • good job :)

  • But where is the rest of the video? It's a very great video. We should thank the one who has uploaded it.

  • you must be the competition.

  • lol what competition?

  • ty.

  • wow!!! thanks!!

  • Thanks for sharing, it's very useful!
