I have to agree with you in some respect. His description of himself as a woman sounds very unhealthy. But I wouldn't view his girlfriend as innocent either. I'd be hurt and offended if my bf said he's more turned on by himself. But she gets something out of it.
I don't know why anyone flagged you as spam. Sure, he could have been a bit misrepresented, but those were his/her own words.
