I wish DC would actually DO a full length animated Dark Knight Returns with Michael Ironside voicing Batman like he did for this segment. Would be awesome, and feasible considering that most of their stories are now being animated via their direct to DVD line of films.

@alucard624 actually, this may be late news, but Bruce Timm said that they are adapted both Batman: Year One and The Dark Knight Returns into animated movies xD Year One is to come out first this year in the fall, Dark Knight sometiem in 2012 xD

@NemesiXProductions I read about that recently. Glad to see it's actually happening, as a Dark Knight Returns movie would be awesome. I hope that when they do it, they try to keep it as close to the original story, 80's overtones and all. And just as violent too.
