Neither ship hailed each other and made face to face contact between Kirk and Picard and the Enterprise D couldn't of been that bad a sitting duck would of been neat to of seen a shot for shot battle and see if the Ole Girl Original Enterprise Constitution class could of taken on and beaten a Galaxy Class Starship!
Well, better off this way I guess. If the original Enterprise got destroyed, there may have never been another voyage where mankind has never gone before.
Picard couldn't get his ass off of the captain's chair half of the time. Kirk for the win! Picard is a complete wuss. Hell, Kirk beat the crap out of Dr. Soran in Generations, and Picard got his ass kicked by the same person. What a pathetic little wuss. Kirk did all the work and that little wuss simply ran away. Kirk has saved the galaxy far more times than Picard did, that's a fact!
