woop woop get an elite! im not staring here or anyhting but my first 360 i got in 07 never got the ring of death once because i kept the power box off the floor and well ventilated. same as the xbox. this helps a lot and i think prevented it from getting th rrod. now i have an elite i dont even need to worry about the rrod as it will never get one. providing its looked after properly.
