I'd estimate that at least 5 billion hours have been spent playing WoW on a global level. (trust me, if you do the math the real number is likely significantly higher)

i had to leave wow aswell as most of u and i was lvl 77 i had an online buddy on there named ghostfacee i fell out with him after he chose elder and i chose skrier the jimmy world of warcraft story is based on us we turned against each other and after that wow was very boring the only thing keeping me on there was addiction then i finnally left /bye

i had to quit wow 1 day before wotlk. all ma freinds r still playing and a few mins ago i checke don wow armoury......they all moved on when we said we should try stay the same lvl throughout wow :'(((((((((

I would delete all my chars then delete the account... if u play too much u end up losing the most important things in ur life:
ur family and friends + urself...
I understand that the game sometimes blocks out the stresses of real life... but the game can never teach u things that real life can...
life will always get u down... but u just gotta get back up again and by that I mean not going to wow...
think about it ;)

quit the game man...all my friends use to play wow now they quit...im quitting in a week or two and if you have got a 70 and stuff you will feel...empty and the game isnt how it use to be to you...thats how i feel and now i think i might be moving on to LOTRO woot!!! mayb u should come too...b buds

and for those that dont believe me when wow really destroyes your life like a real drug or an alcoholic, look at yourselfs, talking to all the wow players, how many times have you blown off your friends or your loved ones? how many times did you eat at the computer playing wow instead of having a meal with your family at the table? How many times did you get mad at your family for interupting you while you played wow because of a raid or something else? each player relizes it at diff. times

I know this is an old video, but I can admit that i was a WOW addict, they say the hardest thing is admiting it, i didnt know what i was doing to my family or my friends. but it was too late when i relized what i had lost them and RL friends and how wow destroyed my life. Your video enspired me to get my life back together and talk to my family and friends and ask for there forgiveness, but i went one step further, i deleted my 5 70's and destroyed the wow discs. now i can say I AM FREE, ty

I'd estimate that at least 5 billion hours have been spent playing WoW on a global level. (trust me, if you do the math the real number is likely significantly higher)
If we could channel that energy into something positive, the term WoW would be deserving!
I'm glad I'm done with WoW. I'm getting dragged into AoC though, and it's gory. Ugh. So ya. I'm a hippopautamus or whatever you call it.
