just to let you know guys, brand new Fabia WRC cost around 500.000EU, which is around $650.000, so yes, he was quite a bit pissed. You still can get used one for about 250.000 - $320.000 but still too much lost there......

Google some rallyl bazars in Slovakia, Czech and Hungary, you wont find a Fabia WRC for 40.000euro ... as the sale price when it was new was 500.000euro, used ones are on rallybazars for eround $250.000 - I work with guys who do rally in Hungary and Slovakia, takze neviem, odkial mas tu uzasnu cenu. Hod link, za 40k euro kupim aj 10 ;)

He barely hit the tree, he couldnt of been going more then 15 miles an hour. That tree tore that little crackerbox up, it even junked the door, id be a bit fucked off too, those cars are 100.000 euros and up. Why is total bs to me, strip it out, put in a cage and tune the engine and trans. Brand new evo/wrx 30k motor tranny work 15k cage and other stuff another 5k these things should kost $50.000 not $170.000 fuckin europeans are crazy.

@sandbag77 STi base rally car is cheaper than civil version - let's say 50 kE. Competitive EVO/STi (Hewland gearbox, ALS, Reigers,...) costs about 200 kE. BUT this is not some farty N4, this is WRC (though not very competitive) with hydraulically shifted sequential gearbox, all 3 differentials electronically controlled (now forbidden by FIA regulations),... price for new was > 1 ME. Such racecar can't be just DIY modified civil version, it must be built from ground. 24 pieces has been built ever

@eircamae86 It's his own fault, look at 0:02, he comes of the brake pedal, and the gives a little gas again, and then hard on the brakes again and keeps braking (probably no ABS, or turned it off), that makes a car understeer. So he should be pissed (on him self), cus he is the one who missjudged the braking point:P
