and drag the front one to back(wrong move)

put both feet forward lift up one heel and drag the other back then you put the back one forward lift up that heel bring down the other heel and drag for back(correct move)

the illusion is to make it look like your walking on air. not walking in place with your feet still touching the floor.

healthy tip: have your foot hover at least an inch or inch and a half above the ground/floor

you are definitly on the right track, try to do it backwards and not standing in the same place and don't pause, it'll look better and it's easier :)
