@Misskatherinelol yea dude i think announcer means that Mike won in the last 25 meters. He comeback on Crocker who was the head in the first half of the last 50 ;))
Yeah, I Actually do the same strategy as him in the 100m freestyle and 100m backstroke, and i always won those events in a provincal meet, but when i tried to go the fastest in the first 50, i lost by a little under a 1 second, so i stick with my strategy

that's his strategy... i do the same in the 200 freestyle/backstroke but i would never do that in a 100 m. competition, it's too risky
