  • what was the secound song

  • at 2:37 the whole dang bridle came off..... check your bridles from now on

  • OMG! 2:00 4:48 4:50 5:15

    Soo horrible! :O

  • When ur riding a horse you should pick one that can support your weight. I have a 17 hand pant x quarter horse x hanovarian he is usually the biggest in the stables. My grandpa can ride him easily and he is over 200lbs.

  • bad at 5.18 do the horse still alive

  • at 5:18 is a rlly bad fall

  • 5:18 isn't a rear or a buck- the horse CRASHED!!! If they got out of that alive, they're lucky!

  • ahh and OMG that is a classic example of using the reigns as a third stirrup.

LET GO OF THE REIGNS EVIL WOMAN

that poor horses mouth!! look at how far in shes pulled its head!!

  • what time is the picture you're talking about at?

  • very disturbed by the photo at 4-55 i would NEVER allow someone that fat on a horse of that composition let alone let them jump it!!

that person definately diserved to fall off.

why the hell where they jumping it if they couldnt cope with it?

jesus i hate crap riders. just why?

they shouldnt be allowed on hoses full stop. poor things.

    ahh i am angry now!!

  • yeah no kidding...so unfair to the horse's back. I understand that they really want to be involved with horses, but overweight people that aren't suited to a horse's size should look into driving or should focus on loosing weight to spare the horse pain. in my opinion, the 1st rule of horsemanship should be 'consider the horse's interest before your own'.

  • Really cool

  • Most of these are rearing - without anything on them. Flank straps do not make a horse buck. If it did horses would not buck without them. Flank straps are also used on cutting, roping and other horses and they do not buck.

  • absolutly true.

  • it is so cruel when the riders keep pulling on the reins when they fall. :O

  • yeah, I always try really hard to not yank on the horse's face, but that's usually not a problem with my horse because she stops dead every time I fall off. Sometimes holding onto the reins keeps the reins from being tangled around the horse's legs, though.

  • nice video, other than one point - bucking belts are sick and twisted, and INSANELY cruel.

nice vid thou! the black horse near the start is beautiful!

  • bucking belts? Like around bulls and broncs?

  • well, for horses they're called flank straps or bucking belts, but they do the same thing - hurt them to make them go insane!

all for sport and games.. ¬¬

  • I have to disagree. Flank straps do not hurt a horse-if you've ever seen them up close many of them look just like a girth-with fleece padding, or soft gel. When they're tightened, it hits a nerve that makes a horse want to buck. It has nothing to do with making them go insane-do you really think that any horse or bull would let a person put a flank strap on them if they knew it was going to hurt?! They're smarter than that.

  • in that case i've been taught rong by my instructer! :P when i asked her she told me that the horses were put into a sleep while they were put on, then they were held tightly til let into an arena, so when i got home i looked up pictures of them, there were loads of the injuries caused by them, so what she had sed seemed true,

but that makes more sense - tankee for explaining! :D

  • Yeah the only explination I can think of for that being true would be if it was at an illegal rodeo, but I don't think anyone would spend time tranquilizing each horse for an 8 second run. I know that flank straps at reputable rodeos do not hurt.

    NP for explaining.

  • wow very good video, and nice pics

i love rearing horses, my own can do it , too

    look in my videos:

    "Fortuna Steigen Pesade"

    greetings nancy

  • awesome vid-the horses are gorgeous!!!

  • me to!! i think some of the horses in here where trying to fly...

  • yeah for sure:P

  • omg that song is ledgend! "save a horse, ride a cowboyy!" great video!!

  • it's known by anyone-country fans or not!

  • i think the horse on 4:54 was trying to fly or something!!

  • yeah lol...i would have definitly been off if a horse did that to me!!

  • he is SO beautiful!!!! (but i think the girl's a little too big for the horse)

  • That is an awsome video.Whats was the firt song called?Because i love that song!!I also love horses

  • It's called Save A Horse Ride A Cowboy, by Big and Rich, and hte second is called Where The Blacktop Ends by Keith Urban. Lol, good job for loving horses!

  • top stuff!

  • thanks!

  • at 2:35 is my school's mascot picture, a mustang! they have 2 of them painted in our gym!! thats soo weird that i saw that!! anyways cool vid!

  • wow, that is SO random, but so cool! definitly cooler than my school's mascot...i would take a mustang over a little leprachaun anyday!!

  • I like the music

  • thanks!! it's some of my fav songs!

  • The gypsy vanners is someone's too, I have seen them on one of my gypsy groups I think.

  • you'd be surprised at how many people have recognised horses in the videos composed of google pictures...they're everywhere!

  • I just have to say, I was surprized to see that you had a few slides of my trainers at Red Horse Ranch. Very cool.

  • wow, how random is that? lol, i hope it's okay to use the pictures of them-I got them off google, so i thought they were probably okay with me using them. which pictures are of your trainers? Thanks for the comment!

  • The pictures of the trick horses with the green and red barn in the background. I`m sure they don`t mind they are 2 of the coolest people I know. They specialize in trick training. Check out the website.....Imagine A Horse or Red Horse Ranch.

  • the one at 1.36 is the desktop picture on my laptop

  • very nice! hey btw, do you have a poodle, by looking at your name?

  • yerr i do lol. she is called Roxy and i do Agility with her

  • sweet. i have a mini poodle, he's super agressive after being attacked twice by huskeys. have you had any agression probs wiht your dog?

  • no i dont which is good. the only problem i have with something like that is she hates men

  • the horse on 1;55 is so pretty

  • mmhmm, i lovveee that one!!!

  • i like the gypsy's! reminds me of the naughty ponies i ride.

  • they're so beautiful, eh?

  • sweet!! whats the 2nd song called and whos it by?

  • hey, the song is Where The Blacktop Ends by Keith Urban, the best country singer EVER!!

  • So, now I've really told a lot (hm... never ask me for telling stories, I'll speak forever then....) What's about your Ronnie? Is she from the wild, or more a calm horse (What sometimes I'd wish to have, too.... today I rode without a saddle, I must say, it was rodeo when I tried to canter...) So, how's about your horse? I'd love to ride western style^^ And du you ride for fun only or competition, too?

  • Um Ronnie hasn't ever really been in a wild herd. When I got her she had limited training (never been trained in the arena) and from what I've heard, she had been abused on the lunge line and possibly on the left lead. I ride mostly for fun. I do small schooling shows once in a while, but because her left lead doesn't come too easily or well, it's limited to what classes I can go into. I show performance, horsemanship, and trail.

  • Omg, I hate people who abuse horses... or any animal at last. But it's great that Ronnie could be saved, and it truly sounds cool :) I never started in any shows or classes except little stuff in my hometown^^ And I never did with Calypso, just with horses of the stable I got lessons in the past. Actually I think it'd be impossible for me to start with Calypso in any classes maybe only in endurance riding, but I just don't care. Anyway, I think the most fun within riding is to just take a ride^^

  • for sure...the best part about riding is appreciating what the horse lets us do, especially for disabled people.

  • Yeah, that's simply the best^^

And for disabled people horses are a wonderful way of relaxing... :)

  • However, it really was and still is a real challange to ride and educate this horse, but you can believe me, no matter how dangerous it is, I truly have fun^^ And he, too, I suppose :) Because I can be sure he likes me in any a way, otherwise it'd be impossible to even touch him, so... And no matter what I will do, deep inside he'll always remain the same stubborn, wild, crazy and unbreakable stallion he was born to be... (oh, wow, really poetic^^ - Im sorry^^)

  • Okay, the story continues^^ I had to part this cause of bloody youtube^^

Well, he was used to have a saddle and stuff, and he could carry me as well, because he was used to the carriage, but he just reacted to spoken words and not to any riding stuff. So I had to teach him to learn all the "orders" the rider gives and on the other hand to take canter^^ I think he forgot he was able to take canter cause a carriage horse never takes canter^^ Okay, I go on in the next comment... :)

  • He was a few months over 4 years old and with three and a half still a stallion what is cause he never checked he isn't anymore... if there's a mare around you can ride this horse like in the highest class of olympia^^ When I started training him he was used to pull a carriage together with his older brother gigant but I was the first who ever rode him.

  • Lol!! I love this song!!! *Save the horse, ride the cowboy...*

    They're right.... :P

    Really good video!!

  • thank you!! Which pic's your fav?

  • I really don't know actually. They're all cool in any a way... some remind me of my own horse...^^

  • nice:) What kind of horse do you have?

  • It's a german breed, called "Moritzburger". Kinda heavy and tall and amazing strong^^ He'

s called Calypso and actually looks like the horse out of the Black Beauty movie :) And he's truly a crazy wild horse^^ Do you have one, too?

  • yep, my mare is a percheron-canadian-morgan with possibly a few other breeds. she's unregistered, so i'm guessing at her breeds. Her name is Ronnie, she's somewhere around 10, and i use her for western trail and performance and english pleasure.

  • Cool^^ I just ride the english style, but sometimes it more looks like rodeo^^ Today we had a very nice ride and suddenly he started rearing and bucking just like one of these horses of the picz.... very strange, but I'm pretty proud of me for staying at his back^^

  • hahaha, those horses are always the most fun!! If I had to choose, I'd rather have the 'go' than the 'whoa'. how wild is your horse exactly? like is he actually from the wild, or is he unpredictable?

  • He is really from the wild^^ He's only 4 years old now and so it's pretty funny to ride him^^ When I started riding him he didn't even know how to handle my feet at his sides, and he stayed stubborn and truly crazy. But I really like it, even if sometimes it's truly dangerous...^^ Yesterday that was really very hard, and we had more than one crash in the past^^ Together and me alone when I fell down^^

  • ouccccch...sounds like sooo much fun:P Have you trained him from the moment he was backed, or did you get him backed?

  • thanks:P she's got quite the personality

  • At 1:52 is that a knabstrup? Absolutely beautiful, all of them. Great job!

  • Sorry, what's a knabstrup? Thanks!! I tried to take the best pictures for this video:) What do you think of some of my other videos? The one's I've made like this one are Rolling Horses and BTT 101 Commercial. Check 'em out!!

  • The Knabstrup or Knabstrupper is a European horse breed with an unusual range of coat coloration. It shows the same color pattern as the Appaloosa, with coat patterns ranging from solid, through many variants to the full leopard spotted. Leopard Spotting is the most prized color pattern.

  • huh, never heard of a Knapstrup!! Hey, i have heard of some crazy paint colour, and say it was a sorrel paint, the hair from the white and from the sorrel has two different DNA continants, and they're trying to find out why!! I forget what the colour was called, it was really cool to read about though. Ever heard of it?

  • no it an appaloosa thay both look the same but knabstyup ushally have biger spotts but u never now lol

  • Ok, so how are you suppossed to tell the difference in that pic?

  • excuse u u dont get all snapy on me. dang.. u need to take likea chill pill or something WOW

  • I'm pretty sure she didn't mean that offensivly...try and look at it another way to see that she was just asking a question :)

  • I think it is an appaloosa

  • Have you ever heard of Knapstrups? I haven't...I've gotta google it for pictures!!

  • ya

    my friends bro had one

    he was kinda agressive though

  • Huh. Well actually I googled them after I replied to your other comment, and the picture I used in the video was classified under Knapstrups.

Was this horse agressive because of it's breed? Is it their nature? Or do you know why it was agressive?

  • Im not sure why he was so aggresive i think it was cuz his brother never rode him and i guess he just went wild but he passed away when his brother went to college cuz he wouldn't eat unless the food was given to him by my friends bro

  • oh no :S that's really sad...How did the owner take it? How's he doing now?

  • Um he was really sad but he is good now he has moved on into to a house and has like 3 horses now

  • that's good-glad to hear it! What kind of horses does he have now?

  • to tell you the truth i really dont know

  • oh okay. Do you have your own horse?

  • No i dont sadly *SIGH*

  • awwe. Do you think you'll ever get a horse? Do you take lessons now? or lease a horse?

  • i take lessons

  • nice. do you think you'll ever get a horse of your own? Do you ride english, or western?

  • email me so i dont have to keep coming back to this

  • Thanks!! Yours is cute too!! Ronnie's the best, I'm so lucky to have her!! She makes my world go 'round!!

  • same here! :)

  • Lol, good to know about the dedicated riders out there, there's a lot of people I know that aren't interested in building bonds with their horse or appreciate their horse, they said: it's a waste of time, I'll just get another horse!! I could have slapped them...

  • ah, how rude! I am right with ya sis! :)

  • Well my reasononing behind building a bond is that these animals do so much work for us; carrying our fat asses around for an hour, and they teach us stuff that humans can't teach each other, and they give us somewhere to be. They also help so many handicapped people; why shouldn't they become attached to us, and have us truely appreciate them??

  • great point, ur absolutly right, and don't forget who risked their lives in war with us on them holding guns!!!

  • Exactly!! And, unfortunatly, who served as our dinner when we first hunted them.

  • Ohmigosh! That dapple grey at the beginning... I had to pause it!! Are those Gypsy Varners? Beautiful!! You did an excelent job!

  • Lol, thanks!! I love grays, thery're my favourite colour besides blacks. Um, the horses that were fighting, yes, they are gypsy vanners. Beautiful, huh?

  • Yes very!! Sorry I'm not really good with spelling =(. It's absolutely amazing!

  • No problems about the spelling, I'm not much better!! Check out some of my other videos too, and let me know what you think of them!!

  • gogeous gypsys!

  • oh man, i couldn't get over them when I first found those pictures-I was like that's perfect-they're the right pictures to show the beauty, fire, and spirit of equines.

  • yeah, no kidding! they're gogeous!!!! and perfect music... i luv that song!!! :)

  • thanks! it's good to hear what you all think of my videos:) if you don't mind, take a look at some others and tell me what you think with comments on them too!!

  • ok, I will!!! :)

  • Thanks!! Much appreciated:D

  • there is this lady at my barn an she has 4 horses and she gotta be over 200 pounds and she rides this 5 year old quarter mare and then she wonders why she wont go any faster that a walk when we got on her all she wanted to was run...

  • oh wow!! i know someone like that, but her horse is strong enough to take her weight, and the owner IS trying to loose weight, so i dont have too much trouble with that. the horse is big and strong, and loves her owner. i just hope that the owner stays interested in horses, because that horse loves her to death.

  • yeah this horse could care less i feel sorry for her she is a sorrel mare named blaze and she is not a big quarter either

  • awwe, thats too bad. her back is going to have problems, being so young and having so much stress and weight put on her undevelopped muscles.

  • yeah it sad

  • I recently saw a foal that was backed at a little over half a year...it makes me wonder what these people are thinking!! same thing as riding a horse when you're too big...it's unfair to the horses!!!!!!!!

  • leave fat people alone, its their life and they can do whatever you guys can if they want too. Trust me, horses are strong enough. An +, they're right to be exercising than eating and watching TV.

  • true, horsebackriding is really good excersise, although many people think you just sit there and the horse does it all. two summers ago i lost 5 pounds because of all the stable work i was doing and the riding, and i had a venti caramel frappachino from starbucks at least twice a week:)

i've seen some pretty big people get on horses and ponies way too small for them, and thats where i get mad. honestly, if your butt is hanging over the saddle, does that not say anything?

  • I think it would be extremly uncomfortable to be riding like that, and that would push me to excersise more so i can comfortably do something i love-horseback riding. but you do have to consider the horse when it's too much for them.

  • 4:54 is so funny.

the blob is going to fall into a puddle

and that horse has so much potential.

he should have a rider that doesn't weigh him down

actually, maybe her weight does't bother him.. bah who knows

  • lol, honestly, people that weight shouldnt be riding anything but drafts...it's not fair to the horse!!! I saw a person ride that had her butt hanging over a huge 20in western saddle...liiikeee...that cant be comfortable!!!

  • hahah dude i saw this fatass in a golfcart at HITS this weekend, her ass was like hanging off both sides of it.. it was sick. i wanted to see which horse she was riding, and how high they were jumping.. and then i possibly wanted to see her fail.

  • lol. all the better reason for them to loose weight, so they can do whatever they want, like horseback riding, without breaking the hosre's back. man....i don't know why people let themselves get THAT fat!!!

  • I know! A few extra pounds here&there is understandable, but SERIOUSLY.

  • lol. all the better reason for them to loose weight, so they can do whatever they want, like horseback riding, without breaking the hosre's back. man....i don't know why people let themselves get THAT fat!!!

  • SAVE A HORSE,RIDE A COWBOY!!!!

  • lol, one of my favourite songs!!

  • nice!!

  • thanks!!

  • love this song

  • which one, theres two.

  • Woaaaahh, soooo cool :D

  • thanks!! it was a fun video to make-i like the rears bareback, wish it was me!

  • Agh, the girls bareback @ 0:31 - 0:42 are amazing...

  • lol, i would give anything to have a horse trained to rear-but i dont plan on taking the chance to train my horse to do it. just to ride a trick horse once-and see everything that they can do, like bow, lie down, and rear on command, that would be awesome. im in the middle of training my horse how to bow, and thats going pretty well itself! ill put videos up when i can.

  • Do you even know that a rearing horse is more dangerous than one that bucks.Rearing is extremely dangerous.Only very experienced riders need to be the ones on the rearing horses.I'm not sayin that you cant do it,you can.I'm just sayin its dangerous and even the pros can tell you that. Its dangerous because the horse could fall over backwards and crush you!

  • ooo yeah...i think it would be so scary to be on a horse thats about to flip. i love watching horses rear, like fighting in the field though. i think it brings out so much spirit in them, and defiance. not that i look for defiance in a horse, but i think it really shows their strength. lol, know what i mean?

  • wow great job love the video and pix!!!

    -Stacy

  • thanks! it took a lot of hard work, but it paid off! whats ur favourite picture?

  • FANTASTIC VID

    inspinrin!!!!luv it

  • thanks!! i enjoyed making it. what was your favourite part?

  • everything

    great job!

  • thanks:) it was hard work...getting the music to change on the right picture, finding all those pictures, and of course, finding the perfect music!

  • I loved the rearing leopard appaloosa on 1:53 and the Arabian on 2:25

  • lol, thanks!! I really like the bareback rears, i wish i could ride a horse that would do that, but not be dangerous!!

  • Good job MEL!!! haha love it!

  • thanks caitlin! a lot of hard work went into making this video, and the best part (in my opinion) is either the gypsy vanners fighting or the ending:)

  • yeah those are mine to! lol:P it is so good! kinda reminds me of Diva sometimes ! lol:P jks

  • haha, diva isnt this bad!! these horses must have had a darn good reason to be rearing and bucking like this.

  • lol, i know just joking around! yeah i know eh? awe poor baby (broncs) lol

  • ohh geez, dont tell me that you think the broncs are abused do you? i dont really like the wild horse race, but the other rodeo events im totally fine with. its not abuse unless its illigal rodeo.

  • i know! lol!

  • It were really cool! you don't want to send it on msn? just tell me if you want it here on youtube :) 5 stars movie!

  • i dont want to sent what on msn??? lol...confused...but thanks for the 5 star comment!! it took me long enough to make it to get that comment...im working on a jumping video right now

  • AWSOME!!!! I loved it! 10 million stars, wonderful job, what was the second song?

  • thank you! the first song was 'save a horse ride a cowboy' by big and rich, adn the second was 'where the blacktop ends' by keith urban...my country singer idol<3

    did you really like it?!

  • what terms did you use to search for these?

  • umm, horses rearing, horses bucking, wild horse race, etc. and i got some pics off of facebook, in a group that im part of; my horse tries to kill me but i love him anyways

  • love it! i absolutely love the ending! ahah you need a pic of wrigs rearing and annie bucking to complete it!:P

  • ahha, your right... too bad i dont have any!!! BECAUSE SOMEONE WONT EMAIL THEYRE VIDS TO ME!!!!
