  • Homos :D

  • Just FYI, hummus isn't raw. They cook the chickpeas before they go in the tin...raw chickpeas are much smaller and almost rock hard. Still a healthy lunch, but not completely raw =)

  • You can get ones that are just soaked

  • I think I saw staph on your hand.

  • eczema

  • I like your video description. Nothing is ever set in stone in our thinking and there's always hope.

Having said that, you put it on in all the right places ;-)

  • : )

  • I wish I could run. I have horrible cardio when it comes to running, yet I can bike ride and dance and such for hours.

  • I find running really hard...

  • You rock! Gives me hope to see people who never give up on themselves because of what life offers them. It's their job to set things right, and you're doing just that!

  • GO GIRL! i know u'll make it. and yes i've gained weight too after loosing almost 60 lbs, so im in a very similar situation..plz pray 4 me and i will do 4 u :)

  • that you are a beauty ♥♥♥

  • I could never go raw! I love warm tasty soups on cold winter nights. Good for you getting back on the wagon and working towards your goals :)

  • Me either... I love a lot of cooked food. But I definitely need to include more raw food in my diet. You miss out on certain antioxidants that are only found in cooked food when you go raw... but you can still get all the major nutrients

  • That is quite a curious statement.....since cooking is what renders antioxidants pretty much worthless. Why do you not try a raw diet for a month to see what happens? I've done it now for six months and the energy levels are through the roof....you can warm food without actually cooking it too.

  • haha ... loved the video! so glad to see that you are getting back on track with the exercise. i think it's really key (for me) to mainting weightloss and getting it off in the first place! lol ... =} ... loved the tunnel bit! your voice is awesome!! and the hummis (sp?) looked great! ~ hugs, katie

  • you seem so positive and happy! it makes me feel inspired and happy!!... you're happinnes is infectious!!!

  • Your dog looked so cute running in that field!

  • The food looks delicious! I love hummus!

  • that hummus looks SOOOO good! I so want it lol!

  • kiss princess ♥

  • this comment is for this user : ((( PaigeXKSioux ))) " you are a dick " idiot

  • What did paigexksioux say? lol

  • u are a beauty for me ♥♥♥

  • nice ♥

  • you're right! its all about a lifestyle. i thought that dog was going to have that bird for breakfast!

  • Haha... she'd have no idea what to do even if she caught a magpie. Probably run away. It's like when she barks at animals on the TV, she growls and runs up to it, but if you pick her up and hold her closer to the animals, she gets scared and shakes

  • Cheers for thinking skinny!

  • Glad your getting back on track. Kudos to you! the singing bit in the tunnel was cute :o)

  • Reading your description on the sidebar - wow, that's some true statements there. You are SO right.

I keep going off and on low carb (probably been on and off about 10 times since the start of the year) and I've lost about 10lbs each time, but gone off track and always gained it all back (so i am now at the point where I am heavier than I was at the start of the year!) plus more... and I think to myself "oh God I am disgusting my life is over and is pointless" which just makes me eat more!

  • I could never go low carb... I love potatoes and certain breads. But I definitely lower my carb intake when I'm trying to lose weight

  • woo hoo you go get back on track!! you can do this love!!

  • I binged for the last three days. Ughhh... I'm trying to start a very strict diet.

  • A strict diet will probably give you the urge to binge even more. Maybe you would have more success if you let yourself eat some junk and eat healthy most of the time, or even half of the time makes a difference, it's just slower

  • That's a good point. For anyone dieting for weight loss I highly recommend a strict diet six days and then a free day. That way you put off whatever you are craving until your free day. It works as a carrot so to speak. I used that strategy when I was boxing. Now I have a different reason for a strict diet so cheating isn't part of it for me, but your advice is very good.

  • Today on a whim, my friend and I had an eating contest. We each ate two 16oz new york strip steaks with mashed potatoes, rice, soup, salad and I had about 64 ounces of Miller High Life. And because I "won" by eating everything on the plate, he paid and also threw in a strawberry sundae. The scary thing is I completed this obscene task within 15 minutes. He took 45 minutes. I should convert to vegan for a month and see what that does for me.

  • 15 minutes? really? that's crazy!

Vegan is hard for most people, I'm not vegan but I like a few vegan foods like hommus, other dips, veggies, indian curries with coconut milk etc

  • Awesome video :)

This is "smileyrawr" from blogtv :D

Are you going to do another show any time soon?

P.s Your dog is cute, and I think I learned how to make hummus :D

  • Hey :)

Hommus is really easy... so long as you have something to blend it with. I couldn't find the blade for my food processor and STILL haven't found it... ARGH

Yeah I'll probably do a show soon

  • You are amazing! I love your attitude towards this situation! Keep chiping away at the weight and making good decisions...you'll get there! Your little doggie is precious!

  • She's a funny little dog... and deaf too

  • Would you like to be my virtual work out buddy?

  • Sure :)
