Sure the cars sounded great, but unfortunately this video doesn't have very good sound quality. Can't you distinguish all the distortion? Can't understand the fapping to this particular video.

@deggis4 all the fapping is because it's so raw. Sorry that you don't understand that the aural assault these engines are laying down distorts both the microphone and the camera and aren't impressed by that.

@SyHopeful I don't, because I've heard (here at utube) sound wise better footage, also some from this same era. I actually think the fapping has more to do with the rareness of this video, the fact that it's recorded from the straight and general nostalgy than the actual sound.

@SyHopeful So raw, that the whole audio channel (right one) is full of clipping. Cars were certainly loud, but I can only wish this was recorded with a better equipment.

I wonder if people would find the sound in this video sp great, if the picture was hidden and the video title would not tell that it is from Mulsanne... ;)

At 0:52 a car passes,14 seconds later you can still hear it when(@ 230mph)the car is 0.9 of a mile away.But as the sound takes 4 seconds to reach the camera from that distance, the car was only 0.64 of amile away when it went out of ear shot.(needs said)

@MrVoss94 I think the 2nd 'big cat' is actually a Mazda. Sounds more like a 4 rotor than a V12
