Two powers I can am pretty sure about: time travel (someone must have sent old Simon into the past, possibly he himself), and Simon must have some power that grants immunity from Alisha's sexual arousal (so his future self could touch her).
@reg10x I know, but when future Simon touched Alishia in season 2, she had sexual attraction power, and he could still touch her. So whatever new power Simon might have, it will indirectly grant him immunity from sexual attraction as well (but he probably has additional capabilities)
@CoolShazzax Before the Christmas special, before she sold her power, she had sex with future Simon, and he could touch her. She had the sexual attraction power, he had immunity, and when she asked him how it was possible, he told her that many things changed in the future, but he didn't elaborate.

So you see, if future Simon had abilities to block Alisha's power (WHEN SHE STILL HAD THEM), it is very possible that present Simon will develop the same abilities (otherwise, time paradox).

He needs to go back.
