@2MinutesChef Adding fucking hot butter just going to fry ur egg yolk, and turn it into shitty scramble eggs. If you wait till it's really cool down then the egg yolks gona just turn to shit again.Reheating the yolks, and adding water to it because you fuck up is just a waste of time, extra work, and in no fucking way makes you look like a 2MinuteChef. Fuck sake you can't even pass as a 2MinuteCook, and calling urself a chef? You should just go, and fuck yourself.
@2MinutesChef Firstly I gotta say ur hollandaise looks like "shit" even with the mess up white balance from ur camera I can still see how crappy it looks. Not to mention I notice you were scare to move the hollandaise to show the end result. It would be alot smarter to do that little egg yolks in a much smaller bowl so you don't have shit all over the place, and end up with scramble egg!If your gona use clearafide butter it would be a lot smarter to make it in advance when you got time.
some like their sauce thick, others like it thin. It's just preference, but it's odd he didnt add any salt or peper or even white wine vinegar. So the video was all about showing the proces, rather than the recipe.
@all these haters posting comments. if you guys know so much about hollandaise then why are you watching a video on how to make it....it must suck to be such a-holes..you cock suckers
Hey "Chef", take another 2 minutes to go get yourself some salt, pepper and some motherf____ing tabasco sauce or cayenne! That was a two minute jerk off.

Thats not hollandaise! where's the wine/vinegar reduction? and what part of simply boiling the butter makes it clarified? so 2 minute chef...is that the length of time you trained for?
that was awful. 1. the "chef" wasted the whites, save them and freeze them 2. Did he say clarify the butter by cooking off the fat of the butter? Retard, you're cooking off the milk solids. Clarifying leaves you with the pure fat. 3. I agree with the other comments, learn seasoning. 4. If it's too thick.... add hot water... awful. You but it back on the double boiler, add heat and help the butter loosen the sauce.
It's pronounced "WUStershire"
