First of all, it isn't the gov's money, there should be no income tax, and it's a refund of tax too much withheld. But you seem to be saying, there should not be pronatalist influences in society, but there should be. We shouldn't need so many soldiers, if we would refuse to become so entangled in other countries' affairs, like how our founding fathers believed we should be more independent of the world.
