i heard that putting white eyeliner along you're water line (is tht what its called?) makes ur eyes bigger and is helpful when cosplaying as a girl

It really just brightens the eye area, not really make it look bigger. However putting it on the waterline doesn't flatter many people's faces (it looks weird).Which is why I put white in the eye corners instead cus that flatters the faces of everyone not just some people.

If I remember correctly I used a Bare Minerals Blush Brush. But any bruch meant for blush should be okay.

If I weren't to use false eye lashes and just used mascara, do you recommend using at the point you put on the false eye lashes or before I start the eye make up at all?

Everything would be the same except just skip the applying eyelashes step. You still do everything else in the same order. Or else I think it will look really plain compared to the rest of the dramatic style make up.

omg! this is a great video! thank you soo much making this tutorial.. but i have just one question.. I have like sorta double lidded eyes..? [i think thats what you call them...]and when i try to put on eyeliner.. the line like goes everywhere.....

Caucasians commonly have doubled lidded eyes. People of asian descent commonly have single lidded eyes (Including me). If you have double lidded eyes I don't think you would be having a problem with applying eyeliner unless you haven't had much practice. Single lidded eyes have a more difficult time because their upper lid will roll over the makeup. Either way it sounds like you just need to let your eyeliner dry fully by closing your eye and not blinking. Using a eyeshadow primer helps too.

Don't worry I take no offense in the question at all ^^. This look will suit any person and any face shape. I use this look on all my cosplay group members who are cosplaying as females (I'm the only full female asian). The only thing I would say is if black looks too harsh on your skin try for a dark grey instead (the overall look will remain same though).

Oh, watching this again, I have a question. Can you reuse the fake eyelashes after applying mascara to them...or reuse them at all?

Yes, you can reuse the fake eyelashes. All you need to do is to prep the used eyelashes before reusing them by pulling all the left over adhesive on the band off and then soaking them in a mix made of half isopropyl alcohol and half water and washing them with any facial wash you have (like when cleaning make up brushes). EnKore has an amazing video tutorial on cleaning used fake eyelashes (that's how I learned how), I'll be pming you the video ^^.

Well it entirely depends on what eyeliner part you are talking about. For example a liquid eyeliner cannot do what the kohl eyeliner can because it dries too fast to be able to be blended so smoothly, but it is possible with gel/creme eyeliner or eyeshadow while having the staying power of a liquid. But it can do what my MAC fluidline did for precise lines. Also the eyeshadow primer should help stop the pencil eyeliner from completely fading away anyway.
