This show is probably the reason I liked new wave music so much when I was a kid. I didn't get MTV till the 90's, but I remembered all the songs from this show, and capt. N. Shuki Levi, and Saban's synth work is pretty amazing in the backround.

The animation in the 2nd season was far superior and the stories were outrageously surreal.

I used to stumble back from the television after it was over because my head would spin.

Poor kids today. They just don't know about good cartoons with quality storytelling.

Oh wow I haven't even thought about this show in over 20 years! I don't remember much though, I was 6 when the show first aired. The only one I remember was with the "You Better Run" video. This episode is cool though! Knock over that table Simon! :) Bryan Scott is so freakin hot, wonder what he looks like now?? This show would have been even cooler if some 80s artists did guest voiceovers!

I used to love Kidd Video. I remember writing to them and getting an autographed picture back. Anyone recognize the young man in the Chewy commercial? Hello Kirk Cameron! And I didn't get a real good look but the blonde girl in the Poochie commercial looked like a young Stacy Ferguson, otherwise known as Fergie (I was a Kids, Inc. fan too).

Hey I remember this show growing up! When I was about five or six this was one of my favorites. This was the golden age of saturday morning cartoons. Now most of them today suck ass. Gotta love those old commercials too. I think I had about three Poochie dolls and a gazillion My Little Pony's.

it wouldve been awesome if they played atleast a megadeth or black flag video on this show or some kind of metal or punk video. just imagine "Peace Sells but whos buyin" or "Drinking & Driving" on this show.. hahah all you would hear is Dave say "can you put a price on peace" as soon as the riff to that starts playin, kids fckin heads would explode and i think that would concern some parents hahahha. i think that music would have been too intense for the 1980's children's workshop
