  • yes, this was the black Elvis

  • @Dazzboot No, Little Richard actually wrote his music. Elvis was a one man cover band.

  • @TheFpuff "He was an integrator, Elvis was a blessing. They wouldn't let black music through. He opened the door for black music." ..........Little Richard

It appears Little Richard doesn't agree with your assessment of Elvis.

  • This is some good music right here

  • This deserves SOOOO many more views!

  • @mysterioso2006 I ABSOLUTELY AGREE!

  • Elvis' version sucked, This one and Gene vincent's one are the best. buddy holly, bill haley, Stray Cats do it well also

  • @Stooeyify that's not fair to say. NO HUMAN YET BORN could carry said jockstrap.

  • Bill Haley version is better

  • @Slashplite Agreed

  • really good song

  • this is a quality song

  • well its saturday nite and just got paid!!

  • @Stooeyify allow me to close this debate with a simple observation, stoooeyify's smackdown on elvis has the most thumbs up, any questions?

  • What's with the bickering who sang it better? The one loved Elvis' version and the other one loved Little Richard. Personally, I love both versions - and I wasn't even born yet that time. I am from 1989 and I love the 60. 70's.

  • fuck elvis

  • elvis presley did this one better

  • @MrDAFRESHBOY Stooeyify is right!

  • @MrDAFRESHBOY elvis never did any song better than the original!!!

  • @quietstorm1922 he done alls ongs better then the orinigal Promise land better then chucks long tall sally better ALL SONGS KING of rnr

you know little richard said about elvis without elvis black artists including my self would never be mainstream thank you elvis.

  • @quietstorm1922 actually he sang My Way a thousand times better than the original version by Paul Anka... he didn`t do it better than Sinatra of course... but he did it better than the original....

  • Little Richard with Lee Allen on sax and Earl Palmer on drums were the architects of Rock & Roll! Junior High School in 1957 and Hunter Hncock, "'Old H.H." on KGFJ in L.A. spread the word that there's a new Sheriff in town!
