Hi Friend, Can I use your video on facebook and show to friends about it?
by the way, Thanks a lot...
When I was visiting the prison, I didnt want to take any pictures or video, I was so shocked...But thanks for yours, Thanks you could do something I couldnt.
hey, thanks for the video....I'm from Belgium and I went to Seoul begin of august 2010....Did u take that video in that time because I was in Seodameun Prison too and there were a tv show or drama on recording.....By the way, when i was there, i really feel cold and no life, it's shocked me a lot....I'll be ashamed if i was japanese
Very cool tour! Love the whole history behind it. Unfortunate about what happened behind the closed doors but the history is still interesting nonetheless.
Thanks for the interesting tour and info about this korean prison. Have been watching your videos of Seoul and enjoyed all of them, look forward to seeing more of these informative videos of korea as you take us around the streets and capture the scenes and atmosphere.
@michaelarnold13 you have to know that when edit a video then record it as a new file (should say re-encoding) it will ALWAYS loose quality even if you keep same bitrate (quality). keep that in mind. so trying to make it better (1080p) will only make you loose disk space.
it's independence day in korea? one thing i noticed while in korea last time was how impressive most architectures are...u can tell such as this one that it's well built! nice vid mike as always...grt to see some spots like this thru ur eyes & words! thnx frnd
@michaelarnold13 I agree w/you re older architect. No prob. mike if u can't always reply, i u/stand! let me know if u need to hire a secretary :))) i'll apply!! u seem like a nice boss :) ^^
I hate those 'high school' echoes you get around the tall narrow buildings. Makes me think of everything negative. I'm SURE there was certain film footage in a Korean film located in that prison room you entered...I'll return on that point if I find out.
Thank you for the video, and information about the Japanese occupation. I hope North, and South Korea would just agree to disagree, and get along with each other.
Then all the US forces could leave south Korea, and come back to the US. We need to stop killing each other over very petty reasons. One world one people.
@daewooparts On January 21, 1968, The Washington Post published a controversial front-page photograph of two U.S soldiers and one South Vietnamese soldier participating in the waterboarding of a North Vietnamese POW near Da Nang. The article described the practice as "fairly common".
Thank you so much for the video! I am Korean and to see this video brings great joy yet sadness to my heart.

i noticed your video are now in1080p as well as 720p, is it a new camera? which?
kojinmalia 1 year ago
i have no idea
my crappy little camera is only 720 but i save the file at 1080
not sure exactly
michaelarnold13 1 year ago
@michaelarnold13 not so crappy ;) if it's originally 720p then don't save @1080p because it will take more space for nothing.
kojinmalia 1 year ago
im not worried about space
i have about 1,5 terabytes of space
if i can save and play it at 1080 isnt the image quality better ?
