A better one arm bicep work out is "21s", as my friends and I call them, 7 reps from your arm touching the chair to half way up then on last one hold half way do 7 from half way down to whole way up then do 7 full motion reps. I use to use 25s then 30 for my bicep workouts at 16. This kid is weak.
