@ilikemusicdawg lol yeah you can... but you need to understand Japanese in my opinion. Cause the application is all in Jap. And ull have to travel there for the audition date. And need to be from the ages of 11-21 i think. Now they are doing the 10th generation auditions cause they already selected the 9th gen girls. GOOD LUCK!
@ilikemusicdawg Actually, Mika was recruited into "Coconuts" from Hawaii ... Mika-san was never in Morning Musume. Tsunku had "shuffle groups" where he mixed girls with Morning Musume members to perform one song. Junjun and Linlin were recruited out of China. I don't think a non-Japanese girl has ever been selected from auditions in Japan. Even when Mika, Junjun and Linlin were recruited, they were kind of snubbed ... I think junjun and Linlin were there 2yrs before they got to sing a line
