I only started working out again I done 20 burpees and below my stomach is in pain I cant finish the workout maybe it's because I didn't warm up or because it's the first time my core has been worked in 3 years ? Anyone know I think I'll start slow I'm not gonna lose much fat for soccer starting slow though.

This is NOT the right way to do a Judo Pushup. I've been training/teaching Judo for 40 years. And have trained in Japan. Your legs should be spread out and your feet should be closer to your hands (a little) and you should be able to get your hips to go all the way between your hands as you go forward.

Judo push ups is from the same stand you need to open your legs double your shoulders width, push your hips all the way back to stretch your hamstrings thin as you did you need to sink down till your chest almost touching the ground then roll back to the starting position. however you did a great job body
Despite this being a brilliant exercise, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who has problems with their shoulders or elbows. I was performing this exercise regularly with correct form but it has given me some serious shoulder problems which now mean I cannot perform any kind of shoulder exercise. Although a big thumbs up for the video showing how to perform correct form, something not a lot of people get right.
its actually a kung fu preying mantis style push up and wont help that much with judo, if u wanna improve static strength you should continuously throw punches
@Lrdvltr It works more muscles, and the different angles help build muscles better than a regular push up. There are so many different types of push ups, so for the best results you shouldn't stick with just one. Switch it up--it's all about muscle confusion.
Hey @ZaPeeXP please don't listen to @dhaVJ. When I was 12 i could only do about 25 too. Now I'm 17, a ballet dancer and I can't do 250 in any amount of time. So just keep working, you'll improve fast
