I think, the main drawback is that there is no plot whatsoever. Why does this agent shoot all these junkies? He MUST have some reason... Sound effects are also necessary. But all in all, it's not bad, just needs a plot.
as your first movie its great...its directed well but you need to fill it with more sounds...to make it more realistic, believe me, you have to use, put sound effects...this is a short movie not a trailer so by the soundtrack, put some sound effects and it will be great...just try...download "Designer Sound FX" and "Pro Scores" from videocopilot...u have our support....Hitpoint Production

@Dubidei123 mainly "adobe after effects" in green screen and motion tracking, and "sony vegas" in one part if i remember corrently..
