This is on the PC. I don't know if you can do it on other systems, but if you can you will probably need a modchip and you will have to burn a disc but I don't really know about that kind of stuff. Do this with a pro skater or like I did and use one of the secret skaters. It won't work right with a custom skater because they are made up of different models for each piece of clothing whereas the pros and secret skaters are just one model for their whole body.

If you want to unlock him ligitly, just unlock a few Ped groups, he is in one of them.

It's not a download. It uses files that are already in your thug2 data folder. It uses the model of Eric that is used in the cutsceses.
