How could they possibly convict him and sentence him to death? For running over a stranger? LOL. There's no motive, so there's no way they could get a 1st degree charge. Plus they could most likely check the damage to the car. You're an idiot and this video sucks.

So basicly, your saying we shouldn't punnish serial-killers/pedophiles thoroughly because of the VERY rare circumstance that they might be innocent? In that case why give anyone ANY punnishment? Yes you can take an innocent man out of jail, but can you give him 25 years of his life back?
How do you know it's very rare? Check out "reasonable doubt" on Wikipedia: you'll find studies have shown that "reasonable doubt" equals a probability of 70-74%, which means that 26-30% of convicts are innocent. And you can't give him 25 years back, but you can at least pay him compensation. Once he's dead, there's nothing you can do.

Thanks for the comment. I used a regular standard digital videocamera (JVC GR-DX67E) and Boinx iStopMotion software for the capturing, which is free of charge to download from the webpage. Not sure if there's a version for PC though, as I'm a Mac user.
