This guy must be on an energy high or something. Maybe the muscles in his neck are robbing his brain of oxygen? People seem to forget it was only a simple Tea tax that instigated the American revolution. The real question to me is... How can you pay a tax on sugar when almost nothing contains real sugar anymore and has been replaced with chemicals like aspartame?

This would make people a lot more poor. Sugary foods are relatively cheap and constitute a major portion of many peoples' diet because it is convenient and cheap. I guess the poor will become poorer.
