Higher pell grant does not make college more affordable because students still have to pay back the loans and colleges have no incentive to cut the cost is govt will pay the price. The govt is not creating jobs cause the unemployment is still high and we have record numbers on welfare now. But damn, in less than 2 years the debt has increased by 3 trillion and he has nothing of merit to show for it.
