I'm not sure why he is claiming force here, however he is still well within his rights to film an arrest, especially in a public place with no expectations to privacy. We are not talking about 'verbal commands, that's another issue. Police, can order (or give verbal commands), when it's 'within the law'. They can't simply give you an order that is unlawful, absolutely not! For instance, if an officer stops you walking on the street, and 'demands' your ID, you DON'T have to give it to him/her. The only time they can demand your ID, when you're 'suspected' of a crime. It's called, 'probable cause'. Look up your 2nd, and 4th amendments.

I'm not sure why he is claiming force here, however he is still well within his rights to film an arrest, especially in a public place with no expectations to privacy. That PIG, simply was annoyed the arrest was filmed (the one doing the shoving in the end). In a city, you see people leaning on walls, having a smoke which is also impeding 'walking traffic' as you seem to think. But yet, they never get harassed. Hm, what's that tell you, use your head!

You know why he is annoyed? Because it's his word against ours. And if the arrest is use of force, or bogus, they get investigated which goes on their resume. They arrest citizens everyday in many cases violating their rights. Because many times there is no video evidence, it's their word against the 'suspect', which in turn is almost always a guilty verdict. Having video evidence, may cause them to 'drop charges', which of course they do not want to do. Cops = criminals!
