Outstanding video! You showed very clearly how to butterfly a lobster tail. We have had trouble with the lobster tail curling up on the grill and now I see why. We weren't cutting the lobster tail correctly and pulling the meat from the shell. Fine job and many thanks for your Help!
Seafood is one of the few things I don't cook at home because my husband is allergic and the smell makes him sick, so that's what I like to eat when I go out to dinner.
