  • I would now recommend an angle between 130 to 180 degree. That will help your legs to open up and that gives a feeling of deeper posture. working on updating this video soon!!

  • Seeing your feet  in Ardhamandala I feel the feet are at 30 degree angle.So Is it that both the feet with heel as a point of contact, are at a 30 degree angle or 45 degree angle ?

    I would appreciate if you can tell me what is the angle ? is it 15 or 30 or 45

  • Hi friend..there are lot of folk and western dances that involve hip movements....but when it comes to classical it is minimized.

  • Hi.This is a commonly seen in a new student. Once you are aware of it and with practice it is minimised.
