  • The Chubster Royale is about $1499,and worth every penny of it. It sound way better than a messa Boogie costing about the same amount. I am not a distortion freak,so I"m not really that impressedwith all of the distortion and over drive. I was in another part of the store and I was amazed at how clean and full this amp sounded. This is truly a winner.

  • After hearing this demo I bought a Clubster Royale. I've previously owned Chubster, Fandango and Chris Duarte Rivera amps, so I'm familiar with the Rivera sound and tones, which I enjoy. I currently play using a Lone Star Special head. The Clubster Royale isn't as "versatile" as the Lone Star, but for general blues and classic rock, this amp is KILLER. Articulate and open cleans. Great crunch and if you want that singing OD EL34's are known for, no problem. Small, powerful and a tone monster!

  • yeah but can he play iron man?

  • Good god man! this thing makes my Crate VC5212 sound like one of those amps-in-a-marlboro-box!

  • I have line 6 an old one from life 1996 its 100 wats i dont know if its a cheap amp or i dont have the bass and treble right any tips??

  • a Line 6 is def. not a cheap amp, even one from 96 should still be good unless its been blown or abused, but you prolly just havent got the settings in the right combination for you. try looking up the amp on google, and they'll usually have preset settings that you can use to appeal to rock, blues, metal, etc.

  • like it seems like the tone is shit or my ears are shit but im only 11 and only been playing for 2 years so i dont know!

  • you just gotta experiment and try for yourself until you find what you want. or you could take it to a local music shop and they'll tell if its the amp that sucks or not. they shouldnt charge anything for that

  • @purpleinthehead They make great solid state amps. Riveras are a different beast, though, so don't compare your Line 6 to this demo. Line 6 are mostly solid state, while Riveras are tube amps. They just sound different. Line 6 does a great job of making versatile amps for the price. I own a Line 6 Spider II and it has a waaaaaayyyy better clean tone than my Fender Blues Junior (one of the most revered studio tube amps). Just keep messing with settings, over and over and over....

  • lol im playing on a €500 marshall amp now >_> it has a nice sound but it messes up the quality of the sound in high distortion or when i use a pedal like a DS2

  • niiice

  • verry nice clean sound, thats an awsome amp. im gonna check price on that one lol

  • Thank all of you for the comments and ratings!

  • That's an awesome amp... if you have the money.

  • with an amp like this and guitars like those... maan i wouldnt go outside my home...

  • i really like how smooth it sounds even with the bridge pickup on the hight bendy notes

  • I think the best part of the sound is from the les paul and the player..

  • It would be awsome to have him as guitarist for your band

  • nothing sounds better on clean then a strat with single coils...

  • Im a bit amazed how little noise it produces? or is that due to the setup? mic & pedal?

  • nice gutar and amp lovely playing too

  • beautiful guitar.

  • how do you do the harmonic type thing at 3:31??

  • Tapped harmonic?

  • i think its just feedback...

  • he's just letting the notes ring out

  • @xHoldenxHallx i think its just feedback

  • Sounded like feedback to me.

  • how much does this go for??????

  • Nice Amp

  • this guy knows his way around a guitar
